About me
Yoga: Vinyasa | Yin | Restorative | Rocket
Pilates: Classical | Contemporary | Pregnancy | Postnatal
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2012: commuting to far flung corners of London, India and Europe to teach classes, workshops, retreats and teacher training courses.
At the start of 2024, I added mat pilates to the mix too. Having practiced pilates for years and years, it felt like a natural next step.
In my own practices, my focus is on finding a bit of inner-calm and quietening the chatter in my head. I aim to share this in my teaching.
Whether it’s a strong flow class, a focused classical pilates practice or a slow yin session, I’ll encourage mindfulness, playfulness and curiosity.
East London Life
I’ve been living and working in East London for the last 15 years. And I am the co-owner and director of a Ánimo on Roman Road in E3, where we offer yoga, pilates and fitness classes.
Having opened just before lockdown in 2020, it’s been an emotional rollercoaster. But the studio is going strong and is a real labour of love for me and Judy.
Our class are available via livestream, on-demand and in real life down the Roman.
